By registering as a fundraiser, runner, or team member for Health Matters Clinic’s LA Marathon fundraising campaign, you acknowledge and agree that participation in this event is voluntary and may involve physical activity that carries inherent risks. You understand that Health Matters Clinic, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or damages that may occur as a result of your participation. You also agree to comply with all event rules, fundraising requirements, and LA Marathon guidelines. All donations made through this platform are non-refundable and will directly support Health Matters Clinic’s community health programs.

Please note: fundraising with Health Matters Clinic does not automatically guarantee a race bib or entry into the LA Marathon or LA 5K. Bibs are limited and will be confirmed based on availability, fundraising commitments, and compliance with LA Marathon registration requirements.

By accepting this waiver, you confirm that you are physically able to participate, have consulted a physician if necessary, and that you release Health Matters Clinic and all associated parties from liability.
